Hey! So last week, my church has this Vision Weekend and let me tell you, it is superbly awesome! It is to let every City Harvest member know the future of our church and have the same vision, that is to have R&D - Relationship and Discipleship. According to Pastor Kong, relationship requires research. One needs to take that extra step to show interest and care for someone to get to know that person more. For discipleship, it requires development, where we bring that process of relationship up to the next level and gain access to speak into one's life. City Harvest Church has gone a long way, from just 20 people to thousands now! Also, we're each given The Box! Those postcards inside are just too pretty! I can't bear to use them(:
There's also this cool card inside that can be folded into 4 ways!
And guess what?
SUNTEC CITY IS GOING TO HAVE A BIG BIG RENOVATION THIS OCTOBER, which means we're moving back to Expo for 6 months! :D I've never been to Expo for main service before, and I'm really excited! Nicole was hyperventilating about the water park there(:
After the renovation, Suntec City will have
- a big LED screen at the entrance
- shopping mall (1st and 2nd storeys)
- high speed escalator from 1st to 3rd storey
- WIFI EVERYWHERE!
Praise God for all these! O School also performed a contemporary dance for the service.
