The big day is here! I'm finally meeting up with those 3 idiots of my life, hehehe. (: It's been so long, how I miss them so much. After training has officially ended, besides church, I haven't really been meeting people a lot. But from today onwards, I'll be seeing the world again! hahaha (: Leelee came back from America with loads of cool stuff for us! YAYYY. :D

Apparently, my family doesn't celebrate Christmas 'cause they are not Christians and they don't see a need to. ): Christmas for me has always been like that, no Christmas turkey or giving presents, just going to Orchard Road and taking pictures with the decorations. By the way, this years' decorations at Orchard looks more like Chinese New Year than Christmas to me, it's so red! Christmas is suppose to be a festive day with the birth of Jesus, but if there's no events going on, I'll just be rotting at home. Of course, it's the season of giving so I bought necklaces and made bracelets for my darlings! They will only receive it next year when school starts, or maybe earlier if I decide to mail them. (:
Yesterday's service was amazing! I attended both services as I had to serve for the first one and join my fellow cell group for the second one. Sadly, none of the people I invited could come. You've missed such an awesome drama! It is set in a hotel, with a family and a hilarious hotel cleaner with that Filipino accent! For the first service, somehow I just don't feel right. I was a bit giddy and had a bad stomach ache, maybe it's gastric. Thank God for the strength to endure it for 2 services!





That was on 22 December. On the actual day of Christmas, I went out with my family and I got myself a planner for 2013! And also some Christmas presents from Typo and earrings!

That's about it. It's ironic how I have events only after Christmas, and it's really packed, 5 days in a row! So I might not have time to blog, bear with me for a while yeah! Christmas is a joyful season, let it be the best one yet. Put aside your diet and just eat, eat and eat! And worry about your health later on. (:

Hello, I'm back again! Nope, I'm not gonna blog about my shopping experience again. Somehow, I got tired of it, and obviously I'm kinda broke right now. But I rather spend my money on other stuff than clothes again! So, Audrey and I decided to go for ice-skating! It's my first time doing that, I don't know what to expect. When we reached Kallang at noon, I almost backed out 'cause my fear kinda overtook me but Audrey insisted to go in. (: Thank God she insisted, or else it would be a boring day out! I thought it would be more difficult than rollerblading but it turns out fine! We were obviously the slow ones there and not moving as much as those professionals, but we had real fun! It was a different experience. Some guys were being so violent and pushing each other down. eventually one got cut and left blood on the ice rink. ewwwwwwwww. We never dared to go close to that part hahaha. I fell 2 times and it was bloody cold. We had loads of fun together! (:












After ice-skating for 2 hours, time to get ourselves hot chocolate! Nahh just joking, I had donuts. (: It was only 2 so I suggested to watch Hotel Transylvania later on! It wasn't the best cartoon movie I've watched, but definitely something you must watch! I went high in the theater whenever the dracula says something stupid. hahaha.
To make time pass faster, we decided to play with split cam and morphed our faces together. IT WAS A TOTAL JOKE HAHAHA! I can't stop laughing, looking at how ridiculous we are.

It's the long awaited Candlelight Service again!It's my second Candlelight Service since I joined City Harvest Church. What's awesome about this is the exceptional warmth and love and everyone embracing one another, loved that feeling! Except this time, I was serving for that service. It was really quite an experience for me. I was doing my usual greetings with another usher and we were supposed to be dismissed right after the praise and worship. However, they needed more ushers to help out with the crowd outside so I went. There was really a lot of people late and waiting for more seats! Despite having the overflow room, most of them were persistent and refused to go anywhere except into the hall. It was really tough and I had to miss about an hour of service. D: Well, that's how it goes when there's special occasions like this. I bet it would be the same situation for the upcoming Christmas service. Sometimes, you just need to sacrifice.
After the preaching, it was the lighting up of the candles! Everyone was so anticipated and waiting for the fire to pass from the pastor all the way. It was such a beautiful sight, it was like a family together.

My 12 wishes on 12:12:12; 12/12/12, Enjoy! (Just in case you want to get me a Christmas/birthday present or something) :D

1. An awesome year with 3 Diligence 2013


It always ends up like that, everyone dreading school and waiting for the weekends to relax. Oops sorry, no relaxation during the weekends too! Piles and piles of homework will always be in the way. It's hard to believe that 2012 is ending just like that. I've gone through the toughest and the best this year, I just hope 2013 will be even better. Well, none of my classmates got into the same class as me, yes NONE, I'm the only one from 2 Truth. Back to the orientation days, where I have to make new friends all over again. New friends, new environment of being surrounded by the superduper smart people, and of course more stress. I'm probably one of the last ones that got picked into Diligence. I hope my class would be bonded and great! So far, Carol and Fay are the only ones that I know who got into Diligence. Let's hope for a good and a less dramatic class, with less dramas and more happiness! (:

2. Me to stop slacking and be consistent in revision


No sleeping in class, no slacking and making bracelets in class, no more of all these in 2013. Occasionally, yes, but I can't be like that forever. I'm sleepy when the sun is out and so awake when the sky is dark, and that is not good. ): I really have to sleep early and sleep early and sleepy early and everything will go well. As I'm taking a killer subject combination (triple science, pure geography and elective history), I can't afford to do all these crap in class anymore. Constant revision and GOOD time management is all I need. By the way, I suck at managing my time. D: I'm best at stoning for a few hours. It all goes down to discipline.

3. Be closer to God


I feel a distance between God and myself and that shouldn't be the case. I hope to grow closer to God and live a holy and righteous life, as God will always be my strength when I'm weak.

4. Be less introvert


Many people view me as the annoying and crazy one, but I think I'm a little introvert when it comes to new friends and all. I can't seem to be the one starting the conversation and taking the initiative to get to know the person more. That must change, especially when I have people who are totally new to me in my class! When you're not friendly enough on the first week of school, be prepared to be a loner for the next few months. I think it's quite true to an extend, as first impressions always counts. Let's just hope that I give people a positive first impression next year. (:

5. Everlasting friendship



Friendships are fragile but dearly treasure, I've learnt from my mistakes and my past. One mistake can cost the the whole friendship, but with faith and trust (and pixie dust), friendships can last forever and forever. Distance can either make friendships stronger or weaker. I'm determined to make mine forever. My past makes me stronger and more matured than before, so I'll not crumble down so easily when things go wrong because I'll try my best not to even get my friendship to that stage.

6. Stop spending and start saving!


I'm sorry for being attracted to clothes and pretty things easily. This year is probably the year that I've spent the most 'cause of that girly trait that just comes suddenly whenever I'm out. I. NEED. TO SAVE. Unless I start saving money, I can picture myself spending my salary away and leading a miserable life. ): It's a little exaggerating but it's reality and anything can happen. I'm already starting to restrict myself and keeping a budget, I hope it works! Plus, this is a season of Arise and Build, I will save for the wonders and miracles God will place in my life. YES I CAN!

7. To perform again


I don't think I need this wish anymore as it has already came true. I GOT INTO MY CHURCH'S DANCE MINISTRY! Which means I get to perform in front of God and the whole congregation soon! :D This is like a dream come true for me. I miss dancing so much! >.< A few days ago, during the auditions, I had very little expectations as my mind totally blanked out when I dance, and I look inferior as compared to others. It was so unexpected!!! I'm a happygirl98. (: With dance in my life now, I really need to have good time management and have a balance in everything.

The rest of the wishes are the physical things that I long for, so when you see them anywhere when you're out, y'know. ;)

8. A 2013 Planner; to keep me organised and ready! I've been eyeing on some from Typo already hahaha! (:



9. More tribal print stuff; I'm so in love with them and I think they can never go out of fashion!




10. A guitar; I wanna try something new! (:



11. To go skiing and see snow; that would be so beautiful.



12. To travel around Europe; I've probably just wasted my wish but hey, dream big! And hopefully I get to see Jack & Finn and other youtubers there too. (:
